Fitness Goals
EFM Glenelg is known for its very warm welcoming culture, where you can have a lot of fun meet new friends and get fit all at the same time. We are very proud of how new members always comment that they were made to feel welcome and included as soon as they walked in the door. The gym glenelg is always fit for you. Further all the trainers will know your name and so you will not just be a number like big gyms and know how to adapt and change a program to fit in with your own personal fitness level or injuries. The gym glenelg is always is best. If you are an elite athlete or have no fitness at all it will not matter the program will be adapted for your own level and ability.
Group Personal Training
EFM bridges the gap between a traditional gym and personal training, with EFM Group Personal Training. It’s like 1 on 1 PT but without the exorbitant costs.
